Dr. Abey Peter has worked with Hospital Ministries India in Kolkata as Programme Coordinator after finishing preliminary theological studies leading to BTh in 1999. He then earned his BD in 2003 from the Senate of Serampore College, Serampore and joined IPCTSK. In 2008, he completed his MTh in Christian Ministry, specializing in Counselling, from the Union Biblical Seminary, Pune. He did his doctoral research on "Psychological Correlates of Identity Transition among New Religious Converts in Kerala: An Integrated Approach of Pastoral Care and Counselling" and earned PhD from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, Allahabad, in 2022. Along with his administrative and teaching responsibilities at IPCTSK, he serves as the Director of the Resource Center for Counselling and Psychotherapy and as the lead pastor of Gethsemane Church, Manganam. He is married to Dr. Ancy John, who is also a faculty member of IPC TSK, and they are blessed with a daughter, Navya.

Dr. Joseph John hails from Tiruvalla, Kerala. He completed his MDiv from Southern Asia Bible College, Bangalore in 2005. He was involved in Pastoral Ministry in association with IPC Karnataka state for three years. In 2009, he completed his MTh in New Testament at the South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies (SAIACS), Bangalore. He taught at the South Asian Institute of Leadership and Cultural Studies (SAILCS), Coimbatore, for two years. He joined IPC TSK in 2011, and in 2022, He completed his PhD in Theology (New Testament) from the University of Mysore. He is married to Sulu, and they are blessed with a daughter, Irene.

Dr. Sajive Abraham earned his BCom in 1993 and his BD in 2002. He worked as a social worker with World Vision for four years and spent an additional year with the Bible Society of India. He served as a lecturer at India Baptist Theological Seminary in Kottayam for two years before joining IPCTSK in 2003. He completed his MA in 2006 and MPhil in 2010, both in Christian Studies from the University of Madras. He holds a PhD in Theology focusing on the Gospels and Hermeneutics from M. G. University, Kerala. He is married to Biji and they are blessed with three children: a daughter, Caris, and two sons, Kevin and Johan.

Rev. Manuel T.D. hails from Idukki, Kerala. After obtaining a BA in Economics from M.G. University, he pursued his BD from Faith Theological Seminary in 1996. He was then enrolled in the teaching and pastoral ministries with the Sharon Fellowship Church in Calicut, Kerala. He earned his MTh in Old Testament from Gurukul Lutheran Theological Seminary in 2002. He is an ordained minister of the Sharon Fellowship Church. He is married to Sherly, and they are blessed with a daughter, Rinumol and a son, Rijomon.

Rev. C.P. Thomas hails from Kangazha, Kottayam. He earned his BTh from New Life Biblical Seminary, Cheruvakkal, in 1999 and then started to work as a librarian there. He has also worked with Campus Crusade for two years. Then, he obtained his MDiv from the Asia Institute of Theology Bangalore in 2004. In the same year, he joined Filadelfia Bible College in Udaipur, Rajasthan. He ministered in North India for nine years. In 2011, he acquired his MTh in Missiology from the Union Biblical Seminary (UBS) Pune. He joined IPCTSK in 2013 and is also involved in the leadership of the IPC Purvanchal Mission. He is married to Shanty and they are blessed with two sons, Aaron and Alan.

In 2021, he earned his MTh in Pastoral Theology from SAIACS, specializing in Counselling and joined IPCTSK the same year. He is married to Riya Mathew, who is a software engineer.

Rev. Roy Baby hails from Adoor, Kerala. He completed his BTh from Bethel Bible College, Punalur, in 1994, he was involved in a church planting mission with Assemblies of God in North Kerala (1994-96). He earned his MDiv from Southern Asia Bible College (SABC), Bangalore, in 1998. He was involved in Pastoral ministry in Kerala with Assemblies of God for a few years. Having completed his MTh in Old Testament at South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies (SAIACS), Bangalore, in 2002, he taught at IPCTSK from 2002 to 2008. Then, he was involved in Pastoral ministry in the USA and Kerala in association with Light of the Nations Church (2009-2019) and served as its National Director. Later, he taught at Peniel Bible Seminary, Kezhillam, Ebenezer Bible College, Kaduthuruthy, and Mount Zion Bible Seminary, Mulakuzha, as a part-time faculty (2019-2024). He re-joined IPCTSK in 2024. Pr. Shinu John is a diaspora Keralite, born and raised in Vadodara, Gujarat. He earned his BTh (2001-2005) from Gospel for Asia Biblical Seminary (GFABS) and served in its administrative staff for two years. After completing BD (2007-2009) from Gurukul Lutheran Theological College and Research Institute, Chennai, he joined Jesus Mission as a missionary in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh (2009-2014). From 2014 to 2016, he was involved in prayer ministries and part-time teaching at Fellowship Ashram Theological College, Silvasa, and Alpha College of Theological Studies, Anand. He acquired his MTh in Religions (2016-2019), specializing in Hinduism, from South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies (SAIACS). He lectured at Susamachar Theological College and Seminary, Bhopal, from 2019-2024 and has joined IPCTSK. Dr. Lalu Thomas is a native of Mavelikara, Kerala. He has around four decades of pastoral ministry experience among different ethnic groups. He taught at India Christian Bible College and served as Academic Dean/Vice Principal for nearly two decades. He is engaged in pastoral training using various modes of training, providing leadership to the North Indian church-planting ministry, and training native missionaries in the northern states of India. He is married to Susan Lalu and they are blessed with two sons, Willy Rehaboth and Jeswin Rehaboth.

He is one of the founding members of IPC Theological Seminary at Kottayam where he served as principal from 2002-2010. He is an ordained minister of IPC, Karnataka Region and served as president of IPC Jharkhand State Council. Currently, he is the chairman of ESAF Foundation.

Dr. Joy hails from Ranni, Kerala. He completed his BTh from COTR Theological Seminary, Vishakapattanam in 1998 and worked as a missionary with Jesus Mission Damoh, MP. Later in 2001 he graduated from COTR seminary with an MDiv. He was involved in training Pastors with the Indian Evangelical Team in Indore, MP (2001-2002). Then he joined at COTR as a faculty and taught there for two years. After his MTh from SAIACS (2004-2006), he joined the faculty team of IPC Theological Seminary Kottayam in 2006. He served the seminary as the Dean of Academics and Chaplain. He then moved to the UK to pursue his doctoral studies in 2013 and now holds PhD in Theology with a focus on the Pentecostal and Charismatic Movement. Currently, he is associated with Transformation Church in the UK as a Church minister. He is married to Anju and they are blessed with two children, Jeffrey and Joeline.

Dr. Roji T George serves as a Professor of the New Testament at SAIACS since 2016. He is also the Specialization Head for the New Testament in the Department of Biblical Studies. Before joining SAIACS, he served as Assistant Professor of New Testament at Luther W. New Jr. Theological College, Dehradun (2005-2016), and as the Managing Editor of the Doon Theological Journal (DTJ) from 2008-2009 and 2012-2016. He is married to Anjana, a high school teacher, and they have two daughters, Joanne and Janet.
